Rightly renowned as one of the UK’s leading experts in the psychology of language, Fliss has spent over 25 years managing the reputations of some of the country’s most recognised and loved companies, organisations and brands. A psycholinguistic graduate, she’s dedicated the last two and a half decades to studying the art and science of persuasion and motivation, developing mastery of disciplines including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, behavioural psychology, and influence. She is also a qualified and certified Women’s Empowerment Coach and Trainer.
Rhi’s worked in the PR sector for 20 years including time with two national agencies where she developed an exceptional media contacts book across business, consumer and specialist trade titles. A trained journalist, truly talented writer, and passionate advocate for flexibility and wellbeing, Rhi’s focus is on the continued strategic growth of the business, whilst ensuring that both Zen’s clients and team are looked after as they deserve.
A true business guru, Al has a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management, is a Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, and a change and issues management expert.
A skilled creative writer and trained in the applied psychology of language, Jen also brings expertise across digital communication and influencer marketing to her role. Our go-to for clients who need to firmly establish themselves in print, online, and on stage.
A First Class English graduate, Zoe has a particular interest in Language, Psychology, and Media Studies, and has developed a wealth of experience in copywriting and digital and social media engagement.
An exceptionally talented writer, Lucy brings extensive experience from within the copywriting arena to her role at Zen, having previously penned verse professionally covering everything from greeting card copy, voiceover content, and bespoke poetry.
Gaynor works with the Zen team part time and looks after all things accounts, book-keeping, and compliance-related. Despite this, she’s also great fun and has a mildly twisted sense of humour.
