New Home for Team Zen

We're so excited to announce that Team Zen has a brand new home!  We haven’t moved far… in fact, we’re still in the fabulous Shropshire Chamber of Commerce building in Telford where we’ve been for the past few years.  We’ve just said a very fond farewell to the first-floor penthouse and are now happily settled in an open plan space downstairs 😊

We’ve always adopted a flexible approach to the way we work, and have never been fans of the traditional 9am-5pm Monday to Friday routine.  And with the arrival of COVID last year, these past 12 months have seen our approach evolve even more.  Every member of the Zen team has the autonomy to work whenever and wherever suits them best (our locations will become more varied post-lockdown!) and our new office provides each of us with a space to work when we fancy a break from the four walls of home and a place for us to meet with clients and contacts.

We very much look forward to being able to welcome guests to our new home in the not too distant future!

Yes it’s valuable time with our children that we’ll never get back, and the joy on their little faces absolutely makes it all worthwhile. But it’s also a busy, often chaotic time of year for many of us. So in the midst of all the juggling, it’s worth pausing to ask ourselves one simple question … How are we speaking to our children right now? What messages are they absorbing? Because whether it’s shouted across the park, muttered under our breath, or carefully chosen in a bedtime story - our words stick.
