Celebrating our Fabulousness this Festive Season!

It’s Christmassss! At Zen we love all things festive - in fact we love any excuse to celebrate really - so what better way to round off our year than with thankful reminiscence of all the amazing awards we’ve been shortlisted for or won recently!

We ended 2022 on a high with Rhi being shortlisted for ‘Most Inspiring HR Leader of the Year’ in the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2022. And Fliss was crowned ‘Executive & Leadership NLP Coach of the Year (Midlands)’ in the Corporate Coaching & Recruitment Awards 2022.

Whether we like it or not, our language is changing. There’s approximately one new word created every 98 minutes – that’s about 14.7 words per day. Around 1,000 of these are actually added to the Oxford online dictionary each year, with words getting removed or labelled as ‘obsolete’ on a regular basis too.
