We’re proud to be supporting the Government’s Kickstart scheme and are currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, language-loving individual.

The Kickstart Scheme works to provide a fully-funded job opportunity for young people aged between 16 and 24 years old in order to provide them with invaluable work experience.

We’re excited to be offering a six-month paid role of PR Administrator to an exceptional young person, who will receive practical experience of working in a busy PR and communications agency. Alongside that they will receive the support, training and skills to get them on the road to gaining long-term sustainable employment.

So what does an ideal candidate look like for us?

Of course, loving what we do and the people we do it for is paramount to us, so you will ideally have a real interest in PR and communications.

We also like to think we are brilliant at what we do (our clients agree!) and that means bringing with you exceptional verbal communication skills as well as excellent English skills.

Alongside the love of language, you will need good IT skills, and experience of using social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (we like to share the love!)

So if you are super organised and enthusiastic, we would love to hear from you.

But hang on, this isn’t a one way street right? Absolutely!

We’re not expecting bags of experience – we completely understand this is an opportunity to learn everything you need to give you a real head start in the world of work and gain massive amounts of material for your CV.

Zen’s MD Fliss and Head of Agency Rhi will both share insight into PR strategy and tactics,  and our team of exceptional Relationship Managers will work alongside you to show you what it’s like to work for a fast-paced agency, where no two days are the same and where we work together to achieve incredible things. We also offer a flexible working week, so you can work at times and locations to suit you!
