We're in the Finals!

We’re so excited to announce that we’ve been shortlisted in the Workplace Health and Wellbeing category of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce's Virtual Business Awards 😊

As an agency, we know that our team is our most precious asset – above all else.  Which is why the health and wellbeing of every single individual has - and always will be – our absolute priority.  We genuinely care, which is why we’re committed to making sure that we support, champion, and look after those who we’re proud to call our own.

Offering our team the ultimate in flexibility has always been something we’ve been passionate about – giving everyone the opportunity to live their life the way they want to, and enabling them to work their hours to suit them so that they benefit from a very real life:work balance.

We ultimately recognise that if we – as an employer – are able to flex to allow our team to combine wellness, fitness, and ‘me time’ into their everyday then they can only show up better, stronger and more effective.

In Fliss, our fabulous MD’s, own words… ‘If you empower your team to live their lives, and I mean really live them, then it’s the ultimate win:win:win – for them, for their clients, and for the agency as a whole.’

We’re up against some very stiff competition in the name of Shrewsbury Colleges Group and Aico, but whoever walks away with the prize on the night we’re just absolutely thrilled to be amongst some amazing businesses who are leading the way in putting their people first.

You can sign up to watch the awards and join us next Friday (20th November) to find out who the winners are at shropshirebusinessawards.co.uk

Good luck to all of the finalists, and have a great night!
